Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Overview:

Center for Success and Beyond is seeking to hire a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to pediatric clients. Responsibilities
You will provide, evaluate, and implement speech therapy services to pediatric clients. Speech Therapist job duties include the following:

  • Conducting initial evaluations, Re-evaluation, and assessments
  • Provide, implement and manage client treatment
  • Evaluate client progress towards treatment goals
  • Monitor treatment integrity and adjust treatment protocols based on data
  • Collect and Analyze Data
  • Collaborate with the CSB clinical team to ensure quality care


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Texas state SLP license
  • CCC-SLP certification required
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in education
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and evidence-based practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player


(Being bilingual - Spanish and English; is a plus but necessarily required. Must have a passion for working with individuals with pediatric aged children and be a team player - we are a growing, team-oriented company!)

CSB ABA Therapy

Clinical Director - BCBA

Position Overview:

The Clinical Director at CSB Therapy will direct and guide a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and Operations Manager to maximize client progress as their number one priority. They will be expected to act in accordance with the highest professional, ethical, and clinical standards. The BCBA is responsible for supporting the quality and quantity of CSB’s day-to-day clinical operations. The Clinical Director will supervise and lead clinical supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure that they are performing their jobs in accordance with the guidelines set forth by CSB, HIPAA regulations, the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, and all other pertinent regulatory bodies. Additionally, the Clinical Director will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and enforcement of CSB's company-wide policies, protocols, and related documentation for the provision of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services.  Additionally, the Clinical Director will conduct continuous documentation audits for all staff members working on their caseload in accordance with CSB policies. The Clinical Director will practice in an effective, efficient, ethical, and socially valid manner. They will treat the safety of all clients and other individuals involved in each case as their top priority. ABA treatment services may be delivered in clinic only unless otherwise approved by the CEO. The Clinical Director's primary responsibility is to develop and oversee the progress of his/her clinical team including clinical supervisors, clinical leads, and RBTs. The Clinical Director will provide staff development and training events based on the implementation of behavioral and skill acquisition protocols, data collection, and progress monitoring techniques. The Clinical Director will provide oversight to clinical staff as needed by observing, determining barriers, and eliminating barriers to the best of their abilities prior to escalating issues to the CEO.



Qualifications:

  • Required: Master's or Doctorate Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis as per BACB guidelines
  • Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines
  • Required: Ability to manage/oversee the growth of the clinic
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of BCBA experience
  • Preferred: Previous experience as a Clinical Director for 1+ year
  • Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
  • Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description:

  • Collecting data and implement treatment goals under the direction of the Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
  • Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism.
  • Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor.
  • Attending team meetings and trainings.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with pediatric age children
  • RBT certification
  • High School Degree or higher
  • CPR Certification
  • Pass Background and Drug Screening
  • US work authorization (Preferred)
